Fundacja Moje Panstwo, formerly Fundacja ePanstwo, is a Polish foundation based in Warsaw. It believes the state should be efficient and useful for people. It builds technology tools that make it easier for citizens to use public resources and public data. It works to shape a better culture of how technology is used within the state.

The foundation was established in 2010. It was founded on the initiative of Daniel Macyszyn. He was looking for information about the work of members of the Polish parliament, the Sejm. He found no easy way to reach this data without media filtering.

That search led to the creation of Sejmometr, a portal for quick, intuitive access to information about the activity of members of parliament. This was the first of many technological tools the foundation went on to build to give convenient access to public data. Its portals are now used by millions of people.

The foundation takes part in public debate and cooperates with public authorities, seeking to influence how officials use technological tools. It also carries out legal action aimed at expanding citizens’ access to data held by the public sector.
