Whistleblower-Netzwerk e.V., or WBN, is a nonpartisan, nonprofit association founded in 2006. It works to improve the legal protection and public standing of whistleblowers in Germany. Its fields of work include changing political and legal structures, informing the public, encouraging and supporting whistleblowers, and advising companies, authorities and other organisations.

It produces expert opinions and gives talks on legal and political questions related to whistleblowing. It proposes how organisations should handle whistleblowing internally and how to set up reporting systems. It supports whistleblowers in concrete cases and publishes information about whistleblowing on its website.

People who believe they may be whistleblowers can get advice through the organisation’s secure reporting system. The association is based in Berlin. It is registered with the Amtsgericht Berlin Charlottenburg, and is hosted at the offices of the German Journalists’ Association (DJV) Berlin.
