Transparency and Anti-Corruption Organizations Spain

Description

Revista Haz is a Spanish media outlet published by Fundación Haz. It was launched in Spain in June 2005 by a group of professionals, to spread best practices, analysis and trends on initiatives related to social innovation. It was created to be an exchange of ideas and a bridge between the social sector’s commitment and the business sector’s proven effectiveness, so good intentions could lead to concrete, lasting results.

Over the years it has published more than six thousand articles. These cover subjects such as transparency, corporate social responsibility, good governance, the third sector, social innovation and solutions to social and environmental problems. Its editorial work follows a published code of principles and good practices.

It has a policy on labelling sponsored or collaborative content, so that readers can distinguish which pieces involve a financial or collaboration agreement. The outlet does not take responsibility for the opinions of its authors and contributors. It is directed by an editor-in-chief and a director, supported by an editorial team and an advisory council of journalists and consultants.

Fundación Haz, the publisher, is based in Madrid and relies on donations to fund independent reporting on these topics. The pages read do not describe any legal aid, advocacy campaigns, or leak-handling activity beyond publishing journalism.
