Description

ACCYDED is a Spanish citizens’ association working against corruption and for the defence of the rule of law. Its full name is Asociación de Ciudadanos contra la Corrupción y para la Defensa del Estado de Derecho. It publishes opinion pieces and commentary examining corruption and misconduct inside Spain’s judiciary. The articles argue that judges and public institutions escape effective oversight and accountability.

The association highlights cases it says show judges acting against the law, ignoring evidence, or enjoying near-total immunity from scrutiny.
