Description

Green Warriors of Norway, known in Norwegian as Norges Miljovernforbund, is a Norwegian environmental organization based in Bergen.

It also has offices in Oslo and Tromso and operates mainly at the local level, alongside some national and international environmental work. It works on environmental issues, youth issues and the protection of buildings and indigenous peoples. It was founded by environmentalist Kurt Oddekalv, who led it until his death in 2021, after a dispute with the Norwegian Society for the Conservation of Nature.

The organization also runs a number of commercial enterprises, including publishing and real estate, and operates a conference catamaran.
