The Philippine Alliance of Human Rights Advocates, PAHRA, is a national human rights organization based in Manila, the Philippines. It is an alliance of individuals, institutions and organizations committed to promoting, protecting and realizing human rights nationally and internationally. Its task is to promote and defend human rights and to prevent human rights violations and abuses.

PAHRA builds a network of progressive human rights organizations at both the national and international level. It campaigns primarily for civil and political rights, economic, social and cultural rights, and the protection of human rights defenders. The organization also speaks out on specific cases of extrajudicial killings and enforced disappearances in the country.

It was founded in 1986 in response to martial law under President Ferdinand Marcos, established by Task Force Detainees of the Philippines together with other human rights organizations. PAHRA belongs to the International Federation for Human Rights, the Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development, and the Asian Network for Free Elections.
